Mark was the former CEO and vice chairman of OSTC, a global derivatives trading and education company he co-founded, which grew to 450 employees in five countries before exiting the business via an asset sale in May 2024. As an FCA regulated investment firm, Mark understands the importance of robust governance, long-term goals and the collective excellence of its people. Along with the wealth of experience he gained at OSTC, Mark has been investing privately himself for over 20 years in venture capital so this blend gives him a great understanding of what is required and invaluable insights for his work as an Operational Partner for our portfolio.
